We help 3M better serve many niche markets. We also have purchased several 3M business units and are the sole supplier of some products.

Our 3M product line includes:
3M™ Anti-Tarnish Paper and Tabs, Silver Protector Strips incorporating 3M's Tarni-ShieldTM technology , 3M Tarni-Shield™ Protectors and Jewelry Protector Strips. These products prevent tarnish or discoloration on jewelry, flatware, and serving pieces.

We protect and respect the security of your information during transmission by using state-of-the-art, secure computer software.

Your Privacy
At Whitney Worldwide Inc., we protect and respect your privacy. We use the information we collect about you only to process orders and provide a comfortable shopping experience.

We do NOT sell, trade, rent, disclose or make available information about you to any outside party other than traditional vendors who require this information to conduct business. If we ever chose to reveal anything to anyone else, we would first ask for your permission. However, we often will use information such as your name, postal address, e-mail address or phone number to contact you about special offers and new products.

Product Refunds & Guarantees
We at Whitney Worldwide guarantee our customers’ satisfaction with our 3M and other products. If you do not want the standard, non-personalized product you ordered, send it back to us within 30 days and we will refund your money when we receive the products back at your shipping expense along with a written explanation of why you are returning it. If you ask us to print or otherwise personalize a product that has anything such as your name, logo, Web site, phone number, etc. on it, we will not accept this product returned to us. It is yours when you order and agree to what is personalized on it – even if it has not shipped.

Shipping Products
We make every attempt to ship the products that you order the same day or within 24 hours of when you order them – unless it is over a standard holiday such as Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving, the Friday after Thanksgiving, Good Friday, Memorial Day. July 4th or Labor Day. If for some reason, shipment will be delayed for some reason we will do our best to contact you and inform you when and why this product is not immediately shipping. We send products via the shipping service you select or the one we are confident is most trustworthy and cost effective. If you want a product shipped overnight, we will do everything in our power to accommodate that request and charge you accordingly. We do this frequently for our customers.

Payment Terms
When you order, we need to know your name, company name, e-mail address, mailing address, telephone number, credit-card number and expiration date if paying via credit card. We also greatly appreciate a purchase-order number and desired delivery date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and notify you of your order status, etc. We often invoice customers for orders larger than $250 (US) and expect payment within 30 days. If we do not receive payment within 30 days, we reserve the right to charge an additional one percent (1%) per month for the products you received.

International Customers 
We ship our product all over the world. If you are a first-time international buyer, please contact us for payment terms.

We provide links to some other Web sites that we believe can offer you useful information and services. However, we are not responsible for the privacy policies or actions of any third parties that control the activities of such third-party Web sites. We suggest you contact the parties controlling these sites or accessing their on-line policies for the information about their data-collection policies.

St. Paul, MN 55128). We operate on Central Time and our hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday. However, we often close earlier than that on Fridays during June, July and August to give our employees time off to make up for the additional hours they work during other times.
